Grace Blasky, an alumna of Detroit Waldorf School, attended from kindergarten through 8th grade. During a college semester off, she returned as a volunteer and fell in love with the early childhood curriculum. Inspired by this experience, she joined DWS in 2014 as an Early Childhood assistant. Grace earned her bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University. She also completed her Waldorf Early Childhood teacher training through the Waldorf Institute of Southeastern Michigan (WISM). Grace took on the role of lead teacher of the Sunflower class for the 2017-18 school year and continues to lead the Sunflower class.
