FACTS Family Portal Login

Please create a user account in our new online FACTS Family Portal database.

Follow the directions below:

• Make sure the office has your correct email address on file.

• Go to www.factsmgt.com and click Logins. Select FACTS Family Portal Login.

• Click on Create New Family Portal Account.

• Type the school's District Code: DW-MI

• Click Create New Family Portal Account.

Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your Family Portal login. The link is active for 6 hours.
