Drop-Off & Pick-Up Grades 1-3

Drop-off: 

Drop-off time for grades 1-3 will occur between 8:15am.

• Grades 1-3 are dropped-off at the Willow Tree Entrance (see map above).

• Parents park on either Charlevoix Street or the “Vernor bound” direction of Burns and walk their children to the Willow Tree Entrance.

• For safety, students should exit vehicles on the curbside. If it is necessary to cross the street, families may do so at the crosswalk with the crossing guard.

Pick-Up:

Pick-up time for grades 1-3 will occur between 3:15 and 3:30pm.  

• Pick-up is a reversal of drop-off. Parents park in the same suggested location and walk to pick-up their students from the Willow Tree Entrance.

• A designated teacher is stationed at the gate to facilitate the sign-out process. Children meet parents or guardians at the gate and leave once they are signed out by someone from their pick-up list.

• Photo identification is required for pick-up.
