Drop-Off & Pick-Up Kindergarten (Sunrise and Rainbow)

Drop-off: 

Drop-off time for Sunrise and Rainbow Kindergarten classes occurs between 8:15am.

  • Drop-off is at the Fallen Log Entrance (see map above). 

  • Parents park along the East side of Burns (heading north from Vernor) and walk their children to the Fallen Log Entrance.

  • For safety, students should exit vehicles on the curbside. If it is necessary to cross the street, families may do so at the crosswalk with the crossing guard.

Pick-Up:

Pick-up time for Sunrise and Rainbow Kindergarten classes occurs between 3:00 and 3:15pm.

  • Pick-up is a reversal of drop-off. Parents park in the same suggested location and walk to pick-up their students from the Fallen Log Entrance.

  • A designated teacher is stationed at the playground gate to facilitate the sign-out process. Children meet parents or guardians at the gate and leave once they are signed out by someone from their pick-up list.    

  • Photo identification is required for pick-up.
